Denbies English Vineyard is situated in Dorking, Surrey. An all weather destination, the "Indoor Wine Experience" tours operate all year, the Outdoor Vineyard Train runs daily from March - November. This beautiful estate set in 265 acres is the UK's largest single estate vineyard. Whether you are visiting Surrey or live locally Denbies offers a wide range of interests for all.

TCS Advance were delighted to have been approached by Denbies and are currently installing ticketing systems to manage both their walk-in visitors and advance ticket sales either in person or via their web site.
Denbies run both regular daily tours and special events, which are both catered for by the Attraction Ticketing and Performance Box Office system with web interfaces being installed for both.

Running our Touch-screen systems to manage front desk ticketing and ticket validation, and a professional ticket printer to print Souvenir tickets, our systems will provide everything Denbies need to speed up and improve visitor ticketing and event box office operations.

The Vale of Rheidol Railway, Aberystwyth, Wales.
"An unforgettable journey through the spectacular Rheidol Valley by narrow gauge steam train." The Vale of Rheidol Railway is one of the Great Little Trains of Wales and was the last steam railway owned by British Rail.
We were approached by the railway to provide facilities to sell tickets for their daily train operations and provide integrated shop epos systems. Our train ticketing software provided the perfect solution and gives them the flexibility to set up any number or times of trains required and make changes quickly and easily according to their needs.
The system allows individuals and groups to book train seats for any of their trains, whether on the day or well in advance.
An easy to use and fully integrated gift-aid system was one of their most important requirements, and the gift-aid functions in our software provides everything they need, allowing them to maximise the charitable donations aspect of their business. The added bonus was the integrated epos system, allowing them to sell shop items at the same time as tickets, with cashing up and sales reporting available separately or together. After the first installation was a great success, the Vale or Rheidol railway quickly ordered a second touch-screen system, to get even greater throughput and offer better customer service, especially on their busy bank holidays.
